B. Proc.University of the North (Unin) served her articles at M.W. Msimeki Attorneys in Johannesburg. After completing her articles she was appointed at the Gauteng Provincial Government, Housing and Land Affairs as an Adjudicator for housing disputes. She also worked at Home Truth Commission as an Adducer of Evidence. She furthermore worked and underwent legal training at SLAUGHTER and MAY, a Law Firm in LONDON, to enhance her commercial and legal skills of International trade. While still in London she underwent a training course in Leadership and Team Building Development. She is admitted to practice as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer. Ms Baloyi has gained extensive experience in Conveyancing, Property Laws, Commercial Contract and Corporate advisory, legal aspects of International Trade, Due Diligence, Mergers and Acquisitions. She completed her Law Degree from University of the North.
Worked at the PRESIDENCY from June 2012 – 31 March 2013 as a Legal & Executive Administrative Officer and KONE ATTORNEYS from 1 April 2013 – 31 December 2016 as a Professional Legal Assistant. The PRESIDENCY, duties involved legal research on foreign constitutional Law, Personal of Pleadings from the court a quo filed with the Court, Drafting of draft judgments and giving legal opinions on the same and general office work. During my work at KONE ATTORNEYS I became exposed and dealt with Matrimonial litigation, Criminal litigation, Civil litigation and MVA claims.
